Udeesé. ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਂਤ ਬੰਗਾਲ ਦਾ ਉਹ ਇਲਾਕਾ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਕਟਕ, ਬਲਸੁਰ ਤੈ ਪੁਰੀ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਲੇ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਇਸ ਦਾ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਨਾਂ ਉਂਤਕਲ ਵੀ ਹੈ, ਪੁਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਜਗਨਨਾਥ ਦਾ ਸੁਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਮੰਦਰ ਹੈ। A part of Bengal consisting of territories of districts of Cattack, Balsar Puri, it is known as Utakal also.
