ਫ਼ਾ. [دیر] ਨਾਮ/n. ਚਿਰ. ਵਿਲੰਬ। 2. ਦੇਵਰ ਦਾ ਸੰਖੇਪ। 3. ਦੇਵਰਾਨੀ ਦਾ ਸੰਖੇਪ. ਦਿਰਾਨੀ. “ਦੇਰ ਜਿਠਾਣੀ ਮੁਈ ਦੂਖਿ ਸੰਤਾਪਿ.” (ਆਸਾ ਮਃ ੫) ਇਸ ਥਾਂ ਭਾਵ ਆਸਾ ਤ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨਾ ਤੋਂ ਹੈ. “ਦੇਰ ਜੇਠਾਨੜੀ ਆਹ.” (ਮਾਰੂ ਅ: ਮਃ ੧). Footnotes:
