ਨਾਮ/n. ਪਟ (ਵਸਤ੍ਰ) ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਦਾਸੀ. ਕਪੜਾ ਪਹਿਰਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ। 2. ਪਿੰਡ ਦਾ ਪੱਤੀਵਾਰ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ. “ਮੋਕਉ ਨੀਤਿ ਡਸੈ ਪਟਵਾਰੀ” (ਸੂਹੀ ਕਬੀਰ) ਇੱਥੇ ਪਟਵਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਭਾਵ- ਚਿਤ੍ਰਗੁਪਤ ਹੈ. Footnotes:
