ਨਾਮ/n. ਆਨੇ ਦਾ ਪਾਦ. ਰੁਪਯੇ ਦਾ ਚੌਸਠਵਾਂ ਹਿੱਸਾ. ਤਿੰਨ ਪਾਈ ਦਾ ਸਿੱਕਾ। 2. ਭਾਵ- ਰੁਪਯਾ. ਮਾਲ. ਧਨ. ਜੈਸੇ- “ਉਸ ਪਾਸ ਬਹੁਤ ਪੈਸਾ ਹੈ.” (ਲੋਕੋ) 3. ਤਾਂਬੇ ਦਾ ਸਿੱਕਾ. “ਤਿਉ ਕੰਚਨੁ ਅਰੁ ਪੈਸਾ.” (ਗਉ ਮਃ ੯) ਅਸ਼ਰਫ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਸਾ ਤੁੱਲ ਹੈ. Footnotes:
