(ਫਿਟਿਆ) ਵਿ. ਫਿਟਕਾਰਿਆ. ਧਿੱਕਾਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ। 2. ਅਪਮਾਨਿਤ. ਨਿਰਾਦਰ ਕੀਤਾ. “ਫਿਟਾ ਵਤੈ ਗਲਾ.” (ਮਃ ੧ ਵਾਰ ਮਾਝ) ਗੱਲਾ (ਟੋਲਾ) ਧਿੱਕਾਰਿਆ ਫਿਰਦਾ ਹੈ। 3. ਨਿੰਦਾ ਯੋਗ੍ਯ. “ਨਾਨਕ ਮਨ ਕੇ ਕੰਮ, ਫਿਟਿਆ ਗਣਤ ਨ ਆਵਹੀ.” (ਮਃ ੧ ਵਾਰ ਸੂਹੀ). Footnotes:
