Bʰoochar. ਪ੍ਰਾਣਾਂ ਯਾਮ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਮੁਦ੍ਰਾ ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਭਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਟਿੱਕਾਨ ਦਾ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। one of the posture in Pranayam.
