ਤਿਨ ਕੀ ਧੂਰਿ ਨਾਨਕੁ ਦਾਸੁ ਬਾਛੈ ਜਿਨ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਰਿਦੈ ਪਰੋਈ ॥੨॥੫॥੩੩॥
तिन की धूरि नानकु दासु बाछै जिन हरि नामु रिदै परोई ॥२॥५॥३३॥
Ṫin kee ḋʰoor Naanak ḋaas baachʰæ jin har naam riḋæ paro▫ee. ||2||5||33||
Slave Nanak yearns for the dust of the feet of those who have woven the Lord’s Name into their hearts. ||2||5||33||

ਜਨਮ ਜਨਮ ਕੇ ਦੂਖ ਨਿਵਾਰੈ ਸੂਕਾ ਮਨੁ ਸਾਧਾਰੈ ॥
जनम जनम के दूख निवारै सूका मनु साधारै ॥
Janam janam ké ḋookʰ nivaaræ sookaa man saḋʰaaræ.
He dispels the pains of countless incarnations, and lends support to the dry and shriveled mind.

ਦਰਸਨੁ ਭੇਟਤ ਹੋਤ ਨਿਹਾਲਾ ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਬੀਚਾਰੈ ॥੧॥
दरसनु भेटत होत निहाला हरि का नामु बीचारै ॥१॥
Ḋarsan bʰétaṫ hoṫ nihaalaa har kaa naam beechaaræ. ||1||
Beholding the Blessed Vision of His Darshan, one is enraptured, contemplating the Name of the Lord. ||1||
|
ਮੇਰਾ ਬੈਦੁ ਗੁਰੂ ਗੋਵਿੰਦਾ ॥
मेरा बैदु गुरू गोविंदा ॥
Méraa bæḋ guroo govinḋaa.
My physician is the Guru, the Lord of the Universe.
|
ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਅਉਖਧੁ ਮੁਖਿ ਦੇਵੈ ਕਾਟੈ ਜਮ ਕੀ ਫੰਧਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
हरि हरि नामु अउखधु मुखि देवै काटै जम की फंधा ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Har har naam a▫ukʰaḋʰ mukʰ ḋévæ kaatæ jam kee fanḋʰaa. ||1|| rahaa▫o.
He places the medicine of the Naam into my mouth, and cuts away the noose of Death. ||1||Pause||
|
ਸਮਰਥ ਪੁਰਖ ਪੂਰਨ ਬਿਧਾਤੇ ਆਪੇ ਕਰਣੈਹਾਰਾ ॥
समरथ पुरख पूरन बिधाते आपे करणैहारा ॥
Samraṫʰ purakʰ pooran biḋʰaaṫé aapé karnæhaaraa.
He is the all-powerful, Perfect Lord, the Architect of Destiny; He Himself is the Doer of deeds.

ਅਪੁਨਾ ਦਾਸੁ ਹਰਿ ਆਪਿ ਉਬਾਰਿਆ ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਮ ਅਧਾਰਾ ॥੨॥੬॥੩੪॥
अपुना दासु हरि आपि उबारिआ नानक नाम अधारा ॥२॥६॥३४॥
Apunaa ḋaas har aap ubaari▫aa Naanak naam aḋʰaaraa. ||2||6||34||
The Lord Himself saves His slave; Nanak takes the Support of the Naam. ||2||6||34||

ਅੰਤਰ ਕੀ ਗਤਿ ਤੁਮ ਹੀ ਜਾਨੀ ਤੁਝ ਹੀ ਪਾਹਿ ਨਿਬੇਰੋ ॥
अंतर की गति तुम ही जानी तुझ ही पाहि निबेरो ॥
Anṫar kee gaṫ ṫum hee jaanee ṫujʰ hee paahi nibéro.
Only You know the state of my innermost self; You alone can judge me.

ਬਖਸਿ ਲੈਹੁ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਅਪਨੇ ਲਾਖ ਖਤੇ ਕਰਿ ਫੇਰੋ ॥੧॥
बखसि लैहु साहिब प्रभ अपने लाख खते करि फेरो ॥१॥
Bakʰas læhu saahib parabʰ apné laakʰ kʰaṫé kar féro. ||1||
Please forgive me, O Lord God Master; I have committed thousands of sins and mistakes. ||1||
|
ਪ੍ਰਭ ਜੀ ਤੂ ਮੇਰੋ ਠਾਕੁਰੁ ਨੇਰੋ ॥
प्रभ जी तू मेरो ठाकुरु नेरो ॥
Parabʰ jee ṫoo méro tʰaakur néro.
O my Dear Lord God Master, You are always near me.

ਹਰਿ ਚਰਣ ਸਰਣ ਮੋਹਿ ਚੇਰੋ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
हरि चरण सरण मोहि चेरो ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Har charaṇ saraṇ mohi chéro. ||1|| rahaa▫o.
O Lord, please bless Your disciple with the shelter of Your feet. ||1||Pause||
|
ਬੇਸੁਮਾਰ ਬੇਅੰਤ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਊਚੋ ਗੁਨੀ ਗਹੇਰੋ ॥
बेसुमार बेअंत सुआमी ऊचो गुनी गहेरो ॥
Bésumaar bé▫anṫ su▫aamee oocho gunee gahéro.
Infinite and endless is my Lord and Master; He is lofty, virtuous and profoundly deep.

ਕਾਟਿ ਸਿਲਕ ਕੀਨੋ ਅਪੁਨੋ ਦਾਸਰੋ ਤਉ ਨਾਨਕ ਕਹਾ ਨਿਹੋਰੋ ॥੨॥੭॥੩੫॥
काटि सिलक कीनो अपुनो दासरो तउ नानक कहा निहोरो ॥२॥७॥३५॥
Kaat silak keeno apuno ḋaasro ṫa▫o Naanak kahaa nihoro. ||2||7||35||
Cutting away the noose of death, the Lord has made Nanak His slave, and now, what does he owe to anyone else? ||2||7||35||

भए क्रिपाल गुरू गोविंदा सगल मनोरथ पाए ॥
Bʰa▫é kirpaal guroo govinḋaa sagal manoraṫʰ paa▫é.
The Guru, the Lord of the Universe, became merciful to me, and I obtained all of my mind’s desires.

ਅਸਥਿਰ ਭਏ ਲਾਗਿ ਹਰਿ ਚਰਣੀ ਗੋਵਿੰਦ ਕੇ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਏ ॥੧॥
असथिर भए लागि हरि चरणी गोविंद के गुण गाए ॥१॥
Asṫʰir bʰa▫é laag har charṇee govinḋ ké guṇ gaa▫é. ||1||
I have become stable and steady, touching the Lord’s Feet, and singing the Glorious Praises of the Lord of the Universe. ||1||
|
ਭਲੋ ਸਮੂਰਤੁ ਪੂਰਾ ॥
भलो समूरतु पूरा ॥
Bʰalo samooraṫ pooraa.
It is a good time, a perfectly auspicious time.
|
ਸਾਂਤਿ ਸਹਜ ਆਨੰਦ ਨਾਮੁ ਜਪਿ ਵਾਜੇ ਅਨਹਦ ਤੂਰਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
सांति सहज आनंद नामु जपि वाजे अनहद तूरा ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Saaⁿṫ sahj aananḋ naam jap vaajé anhaḋ ṫooraa. ||1|| rahaa▫o.
I am in celestial peace, tranquility and ecstasy, chanting the Naam, the Name of the Lord; the unstruck melody of the sound current vibrates and resounds. ||1||Pause||

ਮਿਲੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤਮ ਅਪੁਨੇ ਘਰ ਮੰਦਰ ਸੁਖਦਾਈ ॥
मिले सुआमी प्रीतम अपुने घर मंदर सुखदाई ॥
Milé su▫aamee pareeṫam apuné gʰar manḋar sukʰ▫ḋaa▫ee.
Meeting with my Beloved Lord and Master, my home has become a mansion filled with happiness.

ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਧਾਨੁ ਨਾਨਕ ਜਨ ਪਾਇਆ ਸਗਲੀ ਇਛ ਪੁਜਾਈ ॥੨॥੮॥੩੬॥
हरि नामु निधानु नानक जन पाइआ सगली इछ पुजाई ॥२॥८॥३६॥
Har naam niḋʰaan Naanak jan paa▫i▫aa saglee ichʰ pujaa▫ee. ||2||8||36||
Servant Nanak has attained the treasure of the Lord’s Name; all his desires have been fulfilled. ||2||8||36||

गुर के चरन बसे रिद भीतरि सुभ लखण प्रभि कीने ॥
Gur ké charan basé riḋ bʰeeṫar subʰ lakʰaṇ parabʰ keené.
The Guru’s feet abide within my heart; God has blessed me with good fortune.

ਭਏ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲ ਪੂਰਨ ਪਰਮੇਸਰ ਨਾਮ ਨਿਧਾਨ ਮਨਿ ਚੀਨੇ ॥੧॥
भए क्रिपाल पूरन परमेसर नाम निधान मनि चीने ॥१॥
Bʰa▫é kirpaal pooran parmésar naam niḋʰaan man cheené. ||1||
The Perfect Transcendent Lord became merciful to me, and I found the treasure of the Naam within my mind. ||1||
|
ਮੇਰੋ ਗੁਰੁ ਰਖਵਾਰੋ ਮੀਤ ॥
मेरो गुरु रखवारो मीत ॥
Méro gur rakʰvaaro meeṫ.
My Guru is my Saving Grace, my only best friend.
|
ਦੂਣ ਚਊਣੀ ਦੇ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਸੋਭਾ ਨੀਤਾ ਨੀਤ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
दूण चऊणी दे वडिआई सोभा नीता नीत ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Ḋooṇ cha▫ooṇee ḋé vadi▫aa▫ee sobʰaa neeṫaa neeṫ. ||1|| rahaa▫o.
Over and over again, He blesses me with double, even four-fold, greatness. ||1||Pause||
|
ਜੀਅ ਜੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਭਿ ਸਗਲ ਉਧਾਰੇ ਦਰਸਨੁ ਦੇਖਣਹਾਰੇ ॥
जीअ जंत प्रभि सगल उधारे दरसनु देखणहारे ॥
Jee▫a janṫ parabʰ sagal uḋʰaaré ḋarsan ḋékʰaṇhaaré.
God saves all beings and creatures, giving them the Blessed Vision of His Darshan.

ਗੁਰ ਪੂਰੇ ਕੀ ਅਚਰਜ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਦ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੇ ॥੨॥੯॥੩੭॥
गुर पूरे की अचरज वडिआई नानक सद बलिहारे ॥२॥९॥३७॥
Gur pooré kee achraj vadi▫aa▫ee Naanak saḋ balihaaré. ||2||9||37||
Wondrous is the glorious greatness of the Perfect Guru; Nanak is forever a sacrifice to Him. ||2||9||37||

ਸੰਚਨਿ ਕਰਉ ਨਾਮ ਧਨੁ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਥਾਤੀ ਅਗਮ ਅਪਾਰ ॥
संचनि करउ नाम धनु निरमल थाती अगम अपार ॥
Sanchan kara▫o naam ḋʰan nirmal ṫʰaaṫee agam apaar.
I gather in and collect the immaculate wealth of the Naam; this commodity is inaccessible and incomparable.

ਬਿਲਛਿ ਬਿਨੋਦ ਆਨੰਦ ਸੁਖ ਮਾਣਹੁ ਖਾਇ ਜੀਵਹੁ ਸਿਖ ਪਰਵਾਰ ॥੧॥
बिलछि बिनोद आनंद सुख माणहु खाइ जीवहु सिख परवार ॥१॥
Bilachʰ binoḋ aananḋ sukʰ maaṇhu kʰaa▫é jeevhu sikʰ parvaar. ||1||
Revel in it, delight in it, be happy and enjoy peace, and live long, O Sikhs and brethren. ||1||
|
ਹਰਿ ਕੇ ਚਰਨ ਕਮਲ ਆਧਾਰ ॥
हरि के चरन कमल आधार ॥
Har ké charan kamal aaḋʰaar.
I have the support of the Lotus Feet of the Lord.
|
ਸੰਤ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ਪਾਇਓ ਸਚ ਬੋਹਿਥੁ ਚੜਿ ਲੰਘਉ ਬਿਖੁ ਸੰਸਾਰ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
संत प्रसादि पाइओ सच बोहिथु चड़ि लंघउ बिखु संसार ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Sanṫ parsaaḋ paa▫i▫o sach bohiṫʰ chaṛ langʰa▫o bikʰ sansaar. ||1|| rahaa▫o.
By the Grace of the Saints, I have found the boat of Truth; embarking on it, I sail across the ocean of poison. ||1||Pause||
|
ਭਏ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲ ਪੂਰਨ ਅਬਿਨਾਸੀ ਆਪਹਿ ਕੀਨੀ ਸਾਰ ॥
भए क्रिपाल पूरन अबिनासी आपहि कीनी सार ॥
Bʰa▫é kirpaal pooran abʰinaasee aapėh keenee saar.
The perfect, imperishable Lord has become merciful; He Himself has taken care of me.

ਪੇਖਿ ਪੇਖਿ ਨਾਨਕ ਬਿਗਸਾਨੋ ਨਾਨਕ ਨਾਹੀ ਸੁਮਾਰ ॥੨॥੧੦॥੩੮॥
पेखि पेखि नानक बिगसानो नानक नाही सुमार ॥२॥१०॥३८॥
Pékʰ pékʰ Naanak bigsaano Naanak naahee sumaar. ||2||10||38||
Beholding, beholding His Vision, Nanak has blossomed forth in ecstasy. O Nanak! He is beyond estimation. ||2||10||38||

Gur pooræ apnee kal ḋʰaaree sabʰ gʰat upjee ḋa▫i▫aa.
The Perfect Guru has revealed His power, and compassion has welled up in every heart.

ਆਪੇ ਮੇਲਿ ਵਡਾਈ ਕੀਨੀ ਕੁਸਲ ਖੇਮ ਸਭ ਭਇਆ ॥੧॥
आपे मेलि वडाई कीनी कुसल खेम सभ भइआ ॥१॥
Aapé mél vadaa▫ee keenee kusal kʰém sabʰ bʰa▫i▫aa. ||1||
Blending me with Himself, He has blessed me with glorious greatness, and I have found pleasure and happiness. ||1||
|
ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਪੂਰਾ ਮੇਰੈ ਨਾਲਿ ॥
सतिगुरु पूरा मेरै नालि ॥
Saṫgur pooraa méræ naal.
The Perfect True Guru is always with me.
